By using this website or buying from Multitech, you agree to these terms.
Listings, condition and prices
- Most laptops are used; some are open box or brand new. The condition is shown on every listing (e.g. Used 9/10, Open Box).
- Prices depend on each laptop’s condition and can change without notice. The price confirmed by us on call or WhatsApp is final.
- Every known defect (such as a screen dot or scratch) is written on the laptop page. Please read the full details and photos before ordering.
- Photos are of the actual laptop. Small differences in colour can happen because of screens and lighting.
- A laptop is sold to the first customer who confirms the order. If a laptop is already sold, we will offer a similar one.
Orders and payment
- Orders placed through the website, WhatsApp or phone are confirmed by our team on call or WhatsApp.
- Cash on delivery is available in most cities of Pakistan. We may ask for an advance for some orders or cities.
- You can also buy in person at our store on Fatah Muhammad Road, Quetta.
Delivery
We deliver all over Pakistan through courier. Delivery time depends on your city. Please check the laptop when you receive it and contact us right away if anything is wrong.
Warranty, exchange and return
- 10-day checking warranty on every laptop.
- Exchange possible within 10 days.
- Return only within 24 hours of receiving the laptop; after 24 hours, exchange only.
- 2-hour battery warranty (most laptops give 4–5 hours).
