Warranty & Return Policy
We want you to be fully happy with your laptop. Please read our warranty, exchange and return policy before you buy.
1. 10-day checking warranty
Every laptop comes with a 10-day checking warranty, starting from the day you receive it. Use the laptop normally and check everything – screen, keyboard, touchpad, ports, speakers, camera, Wi-Fi, charging and battery.
2. Exchange – within 10 days
If you find a problem that was not mentioned on the laptop page, you can exchange the laptop within 10 days for the same laptop or another laptop of your choice (if the price is different, you pay or receive the difference).
3. Return – only within 24 hours
A return (refund) is possible only within 24 hours of receiving the laptop. After 24 hours a return is not possible, but an exchange is still possible until the 10 days are complete.
4. Battery warranty – 2 hours
All laptops come with a 2-hour battery warranty. Most of our laptops give around 4 to 5 hours, but battery time depends on use, brightness and software, so we guarantee 2 hours of normal use.
5. Original, never-repaired machines
Our laptops have never been repaired or opened. Every detail is written clearly on each laptop page – including any defect, for example a dot on the screen, scratches, dents or worn keys. Most of our laptops are used and some are open box; the price is set according to the condition.
Warranty does not cover
- Any defect that was already mentioned on the laptop page or told to you before purchase.
- Physical damage, liquid damage, broken screen or hinge after delivery.
- Laptops opened, repaired or modified by anyone else, or with our warranty sticker removed.
- Software problems, viruses, or data loss – please keep a backup of your data.
How to claim
- Contact us on WhatsApp within the warranty time with your order details and a short video of the problem.
- Return the laptop in the same condition, with its charger and anything else that came with it.
- For courier orders, we will guide you on sending the laptop back. Courier charges may apply.
